KANE launches a new MODEL aimed at meeting customer needs and keeping up with new trends.

The project has been designed using Thai style roof with modern style and full of sophistication. Especially, the combination of the two main colors is white and gray, bringing a modern and warm feeling.

Located in Pham Ngoc Thach Street, Tan Lien Quarter, Tan Phu Town, Dong Phu District, Binh Phuoc Province. With the desire to villa lots of trees, airy but not lacking the modern part of the owner. Therefore, the garden villa is designed in a modern style and friendly with nature.

This is a harmonious combination of two main tones: brown of wood and gray of granite. Not only brings modern feeling but equally warm.

Not stopping there, we took advantage of the contrast in the properties of materials, combining the transparency of glass and the roughness of the stone to create the main highlight of the house – the vertical glass from the ground to the top floor. This helps the house cool, impressive and modern.

In addition, for the interior we take the main tone is gray and white. With a simple design, not too picky, making the indoor space always airy and clean. KANE has designed the glass living room wall to absorb natural light and create an impression from the moment it enters. Especially kitchen space is also designed close, cozy, convenient and modern.

Let’s contemplate the design that we have meticulously and polished in each strokes. It has surpassed customers’ expectations from space, style, color until interior layout. Villa is erected in a noisy and bustling city center but offers a warm and close feeling. It is perfectly expressed in a single word that is amazing.

Located in new city, Binh Duong Province. Inspired by green spaces – modern, the same goal of bringing trees into your apartment, KANE designed the villa with open space as the focus.

From the open space, the garden is connected to the interior space of the villa through large glass panels. The green patches connect to each other, along with the carefully decorated water walls, creating an attractive and relaxing open space for homeowners.

The project took two main colors – gray and white. Combined with wood and granite materials, along with the green patches, the Villa is not only modern but also warm and friendly.

Not stopping there, the use of inclined roofs makes the building’s geometry even more impressive. Ventilation, lighting are also one of the criteria that are highly appreciated in the design of works.
